I just tought my python-tftpy tftpserver class to speak MySQL or CouchDB…
Which means I’m on my way to my own CMDB + FAI Server Deployment…
Scary.

CouchDB + FAI. That sounds “relaxed” :-)
Any plans?
Of course…
The only user-initiated TFTP server I could find for linux is TFTPgui – http://www.skipole.co.uk/. Do you have any plans to turn this python class into a user-initiated server app? If so, a deb would be sweet – I’d be happy to test. As a Cisco professional, it’s infuriating to have to start up a full-blown command line integrated server just for a simple, once-a-month TFTP putfile.
